Installation of stick curtain walling and unitised facades/ external glazing and cladding on a 22-storey high-rise building, including: Site Logistics, Setting Out, Glazing, Cladding, Builders Clean, Protection and Removal of the Protection at Project Practical Completion, project consisted of:

16,500 of unitised facade
1,200 of aluminium stick curtain walling, Reynaers system
glazed balustrades
rainscreen cladding and soffits
louvres

Work to do on the project/ Our responsibilities:

Pre-installation level and position survey of superstructure
Taking delivery of all materials (brackets, fixings, secondary materials, insulation, panels)
Installation and setting of the support brackets
Removal and disposal/ return of temporary protection and crates
Installation of façade (including stick system and GRC)
Completing the perimeter seal
Installation of copings, flashings, and balustrades
Dismantling and removing temporary edge protection & taking down to ground floor
Provision of as built surveys
Supply, Installation and maintenance of temporary protection. Materials to comply with LPS 1215
Installation of Firestop/ FIRAS accredited to perform and provide QA in accordance with the requirements of FIRAS and provide FIRAS conformance certificate
